We have a small dog now, my wife said we need a small nice collar for baby I did not name this dog. So I came to the best place to get a collar. Please help me. Gene

They are a Great company to do business with and have good prices and terrific customer service. We ordered a dog crate cover for our son and it arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately it wasn't what he needed. I called to get an RA number and spoke to Randy who was very friendly and said to just return it with a reason for the return. I sent it back and the refund was posted to my CC the same day!!

Ordered a collar.......different color than what I expected. Called to get the correct color. Customer service may be the worst I have ever encountered. The young man on the phone could care less that I even called. Charged me full price and full shipping, with no return. Avoid these people at all costs, there shipping is slow, and products are mediocre.

Lion Country was always my go to for dog and hunting supplies and in the past I would have "ALWAYS" rated them with five stars. I don't know what has changed, if the company is under new management or what, but it is not the Lion Country I have always dealt with in the past. I have recently experienced the wrong items being sent to me and the shipping packaging be shoddy at best. Very sorry to see this trend.

Terrible customer service and communication. I ordered a blank pistol for dog training and patiently waited 11 days for delivery but when it got to me no blank pistol only ammo. I promptly called LCS to find out why I did not get my pistol and was told that they had been back ordered by the manufacturer. They had not informed me of this even though they were aware and charged my credit card for the pistol. They also told me they had no idea when the gun would be shipped and to add insult to injury the customer service rep was VERY rude. They told me I would have to return the ammo via ground to get a refund....now I have $40 in ammo that I can't use because I have no pistol and it will take another few weeks to return and get a refund and I still do not have a blank pistol for training. I will not be ordered from LCS again.
